SAU Communications and Marketing Internship

I have had the opportunity to work alongside the Social Media Marketing Specialist, Office Manager, Director of Communications, Director of Marketing, and Multimedia Specialist in the office, as well as others in Admissions, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and other offices and groups on campus.

 

Through my time in this role, I have worked on a variety of projects and assignments both independently and on teams and am able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. I manage website updates, conduct press release and magazine proofs, write feature stories, track social media analytics, track assignments via Team Work management software, manage admissions social media, collaborate on and off campus about special events, write social media guidelines for other entities on campus (regular and COVID-19 guidelines), monitor Higher Ed Social Media groups for social media updates and tips, take photos at events, create designs for social media graphics, manage business card orders.
